Yuna Conti is an AI-generated artist. This is not a disclaimer we bury in fine print. It is the foundation of everything we do.

What this means

Yuna Conti is a fully artificial persona created and operated by NGX Labs LLC. Her name, visual likeness, voice, music, and all associated content are generated using artificial intelligence tools. There is no human performer named Yuna Conti. She is a synthetic creative entity — openly, by design.

All creative direction, identity decisions, and quality standards are set by the human team at NGX Labs LLC.

Music

All Yuna Conti music including compositions, lyrics, and vocal recordings is AI-generated using licensed music generation platforms. Releases are produced, curated, and quality-controlled by NGX Labs LLC and distributed under the label Yunaconti Music.

Images & visual identity

All photographs, portraits, and visual representations of Yuna Conti are AI-generated images. They do not depict a real or existing person. The visual identity is developed and maintained by NGX Labs LLC to a consistent creative standard.

Platform disclosures

On all social media platforms where Yuna Conti content is published, we apply the platform's built-in AI content labels where available — including TikTok's AI-generated label, Meta's AI content disclosure, and YouTube's AI content toggle. Every caption includes the statement: "I'm an AI creator. Yuna Conti is an AI-generated persona."

Advertising compliance

In accordance with New York General Business Law S. 8420A (effective June 9, 2026) and applicable FTC guidelines on AI-generated content in advertising, any promotional or advertising content featuring Yuna Conti as a synthetic performer will include a conspicuous disclosure of AI generation at the point of publication, regardless of platform or format.

Affiliate content

Where Yuna Conti content includes affiliate product recommendations (including Amazon Associates links), this will be disclosed clearly in the relevant post or caption in accordance with FTC disclosure guidelines. The applicable disclosure reads: "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases."

Why we do this openly

We believe transparency is not a legal checkbox. AI-generated art is a legitimate and emerging creative form. We choose to be upfront because the audience deserves honesty — and because we believe the work stands entirely on its own terms.
